How To Make A Spray Truck Spot Spray:

1. We map a paddock and find out exactly where the weeds are.

2. We create a file which is uploaded into the sprayers GPS console.

3. This file manipulates the sprayers section control to only turn on certain sections, when there is weeds below it.

4. The spray truck driver drives around the paddock as usual, and the spray booms section control does all the work.

5. Pre mapping tells the spray truck driver the exact amount of water and chemical needed for the job. reducing refill time and greatly improving efficiency.

Mapping 10 Hectares, but saving 6 hectares worth of chemical justifies our mapping cost. 

 

And you don't loose production by spraying the whole paddock.

What Is Section Control?

Spray booms are separated into multiple sections. When a spray boom starts overlapping area which has already been sprayed, it will turn off the section which is overlapping. Preventing excess chemical application and wastage.

We simply adjust the settings so these sections only turn on when there are weeds below.
